Okay, I’m not one of the people that’s been getting all up in arms over use of the word “slams” in headlines, but I will say this one does seem like a super weird choice to make. You’re writers. Use a goddamn thesaurus.

I'm one of the people who’s been getting all up in arms over use of the word “slams” (even had all posts filtered out that had it for a long time), but I can look past that when it's about something important like attacks against Ukrainians.

This is just Yahoo being Yahoo. The pinnacle of journalism. /s They just can't help it.

The Pog generation is grown up now and writing content for websites. I'm surprised we don't see "chug" more often.
