It is really sad to see the wasted effort, but eventually people realize they made a mistake and end up on the correct path.

Better late than never, but it would have been much better if these skilled people worked on a proper DEX or something useful all this time instead of BTC "privacy" non-sense.

they got something done - how many people got a good service out of coinjoins?

plus they likely awoke many to the problem of ensuring privacy online - particularly in finance, and particularly in crypto

PS: This is good for Monero - sweats profusely
