MODERATORS
Portugal (and Switzerland, I think?) had a heroin problem in the 2000s. They decriminalized it and it was a major success.
BC needs to do the same. But instead we’re criminalizing open use which increases the likelihood of death for those doing drugs alone. 🤦♀️
