Assuming consent in general, the only illegal part was
I judge people on plenty of things that are legal. You probably do it too
Rock stars, groupies, parties and drugs are as old as music itself.
Consent is the only issue here.
"Hey he only raped someone! Leave him alone already. Also other people also did it before."
This is what you sound like.
Besides your point beeing incredibly idiotic, there is also way more to the story, like abuse of power. If you bring somone behind 3 lines of massive bouncers and take their phones away basically nothing you do afterwards has anything to do with consent.
So all bands should allow phones backstage and have no bouncers?
Consent is the key issue here, for both drugs and sex. I'm making no apologies for anyone who abuses either.
