It's not about money, it's more about making it sure that they will never do that again to others.
That's a lot of words for "yes"
It's not about money. It's about making them either accept a ride or just deny it. What would you do if an uber driver just accepts your ride and decides to dump you with your money taken by him during some critical time like going to hospital for some emergency or have to catch up a flight or train in the eleventh hour? Will you laugh it off and try catching up another uber?
