Because that was part of the terms of service unfortunately. The guy did show up.
It was on us. Her hospital discharge wasn't ready, she didn't have her cell phone on her so couldn't communicate and the garbage ass ER desk was the most unhelpful group of people. I got fucked.
Yeah that whole night sucked ass, that was just insult to injury lol
