I was sitting in a friend's couch one day, and I said to him, "you're awfully jittery today." To which he replied, "I have Tourette's."
I had no idea. His tic was to twist his head slightly to the right. Fairly subtle.
Yeah a lot of people with tourettes have very subtle tics! One of my friends would nod his head and that's the only outward symptom I ever noticed
