Can't load lemmy.ml securely, SSL certificate appears to have expired today. Can anyone else confirm?

This thing expires every 3-month; some admins are bound to miss it.

That's the standard Let's Encrypt renewal time. It's intended to be a fully automated process that auto-renews it before the expiration. Most admins would set up a cron job to do this. The Let's Encrypt configuration even sets that up for you by default.
