You paid $15 for ad removal, when the dev himself is the one putting in the ads ๐ฉ lemmy doesn't have ads, sync does.
You played yourself.
I know Lemmy does not put ads duh.
That's how ad removal for literally every app in existence works. The ads aren't some kind of natural disaster that I'm paying the developer to "fight" lmao
