That’s good for the democrats. They don’t need to change direction of their campaign while the republicans must change their entire campaign now.

It’s not good that the political climate has become like this, but the only way to defeat Trump is to get down to his level. If he’s not offering any real politics then why should the dems?

If that isn't a complete non sequitur then surely it argues in the other direction. Voters deserve to be treated with respect. The fact that Trump is disrespectful doesn't excuse anyone else from actually doing the job.
