Directly, money can't. But lack of it sure as shit can cause a lot of misery.

Source: Used to be poor and miserable. Now I'm doing reasonably well, and I have time and mental capacity to focus on things that make me happy.

It's a case of diminishing returns, if you had 100k in your bank account you'd probably feel the freedom to indulge in modest luxury pretty much at whim - if you have 200M it just turns into a number-go-up situation.

I don't know, I figure I could make a pretty positive impact on the world with that kind of seed money. And that would certainly make me extra special happy!
