Harris’s Personnel Problem: Over 90 Percent of VP’s Staff Left in Last Three Years
(www.nationalreview.com)
News from within the empire - From a leftist perspective
Has to be better coverage of this than what the National Review offers, right?
Not convinced this is a major problem when the campaign is already running and White House jobs are already occupied. It's not like she has to build things on the fly.
If there's a Klobuchar-esque story about Harris being a terrible manager behind the scenes, I wouldn't trust it coming from a chud source. An easier explanation of the turnover would be that "VP staffer" is simultaneously a prestigious job and one where you don't really do anything. Some people are fine treading water and cashing paychecks, some aren't.
I think the fact that she has such an incredibly high staff turnover says a lot about her personality. This has nothing to do with people using a prestigious job to find a better one. She has high turn over because she creates a toxic environment for her staff
