First, let me start by clarifying that I'm an antitheist. Considering Christians, even progressive ones, are more likely to be apathetic about action on climate change, I'm okay with religious people using their religion to work towards the goal of not making this planet unlivable.
If people need to believe in magic before they'll do something about our collective impending doom, then so be it.
