Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Wage growth has been outpacing inflation for a while now. And this is what Bidens pointing out: we're going in the right direction. As I said, we have a lot of work to do, I realize that people are struggling.
But if people are like "in struggling so the economy is shit" well, then, I stand by my point that they are confusing their personal experience with the economy as a whole...
you are still dancing around core issues here tbh. for example, median income does not buy median house. this ratio exposes that younger people are locked of housing market. this has nothing to do with "I am struggling so the economy is shit" this is just house math works.
what about, i have a decent job but anything within 30 minutes is unaffordable, i have to live 50 minutes and rent is still 50% of take home.
i can go on...
The economy cant get to somewhere better without going in the right direction. Right now it's doing that, and that's what Biden has been saying. As I said, and he has said, we have along way to go. By no stretch am I, or anyone really I've seen, saying anything is close to perfect.
I'm not dancing around the core point, it's just that you can't see past your own nose.
Yes🤡
I should have seen this level of discussion coming.
