I've heard a fair number of people say Reddit looks for and rolls back mass delete/edits like these. Not sure how true it is.

Don’t delete your account, go back and mass change your posts and comments to AI generated gibberish.

It poisons their communities and will make it harder for Reddit from monetizing their content for Learned Language models for AI or for search.

They probably do, but how deep is that LLM going to go and how much can Reddit archive?
