Being pedantic doesn't refute my comparison, that's how comparisons work
It's a wrong comparison because you're implying a traffic violation is a criminal offense, but it's not. A traffic violation is a civil infraction. You can't put them under the same umbrella without making it sound dystopian.
Id say it’s also like the coach’s fault for losing even if they’re not on the pitch but you’d answer that Golf is not a bicycle so how do you even analogies mate?
