MODERATORS
We grew out of those words for a reason. There's a million other ways you can describe those people. I know you're not attempting to be homophobic, but just for the sake of language, it's crude and lazy to just use that in place of ways you could much more creatively insult somebody. That word doesn't need to be reclaimed, and really has no value worth bringing back.
