They're finally catching up with my local burger chain that offers health insurance, tuition, etc. Also in the US.

About what part? Being able to send a bag of Dick's to your friends or tuition health care, $26 an hour after training, sign on bonus etc? Sounds like I work for them. I don't, but I want my kids to!
