Explanation: Bristle already had a stacking damage amplification ability in Quill Spray, but now he also got a fast burst ability like Ursa's Enrage, only ranged and in an AOE.

And of course, we can't forget (not quite, because Marci's not stronger, but I found it funny that I was able to reuse this 3 times now)
