Wow, totally delusional. Biden wants all of the credit for doing none of the work.
How is handing Manchin, chief dem obstructionist for meaningful climate reform, his pet Mountain Valley Pipeline with all of the environmental regs removed so they can ram it through with maximum risk to the environment, anything close to “declaring a climate emergency”?!
