If you aren't familiar with QuakeChampions, it's a free to play PC shooter and, in my opinion, the current best fps Esport on the market.
Fair, it's small but you can get games every day and the community is quite close-knit compared to other games.
For me, once I played QC other shooters kinda felt inferior, so I stick with it despite the smaller playerbase
Do you prefer it to older champion-less Quake games? And what do you think it would take for this brand of FPS to have mainstream appeal again, if anything, given that others have tried to bring them back with little success?
