Can you not claim warranty / do an RMA?
They won’t accept it because it’s out of the package and has been used for some months.
Check with Intel, not whoever you bought the chip from. They extended the warranty and will replace bad chips. For most models I believe it was extended from 1 to 3 years.
That's returning it to the seller. In your country there's implied warranty from the manufacturer and they will have to honor your claims if it is showing defects
Hey guys! Intel just came out with the new gaming CPUs! These last twice as long! Up to 1 year lifetime!
