The Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (CPPCG), or the Genocide Convention, is an international treaty that criminalizes genocide and obligates state parties to pursue the enforcement of its prohibition.

Iran is the only nation that is actually fulfilling its obligation under this convention. Any nation that refuses to prevent the ongoing genocide of Palestinians is in violation. Any nation supporting the genocide is a legitimate target of preventative measures.

Yeah, they are more of a non-governmental group in my mind, and you can add the BDS movement with them. But none of the other signatory nations are doing squat other than breaking international law.
