I don't know you, but you may be over-thinking this. I had no intention of posting something in any way transphobic, to be clear.

I'd take it as a reference to the stupid "What is a woman?" craze. Would assume the person shown is trans, or an ally.
Based on where we are, I'd assume trans or ally as well, but if it was on twitter, less sure. Its contextual.
