supreme court will toss all these out. Though it would be funny.
They literally couldn't. But he isn't getting that sentence anyways.
They will say that executive authority is impeded by any sentence and defer it at minimum
NY was already probably going to give him a suspended sentence.
So build him a special jail so he isn't impeded. Not that logic ever really mattered on planet earth.
SCONY or SCOTUS? Unless SCOTUS rules the laws unconstitutional (which I doubt even they'd do), it's not their place.
Don't put anything past them.
This is state level, supreme court can't do a thing. Then again, his Jesus cult could nuke New York or something, nothing would surprise me at this point.
