And also, some popular memes about Linux are probably just that, memes. Don't take it too seriously.

Try going to a Linux community and telling them for what reason you wouldn't use Linux in a specific case or to whom you wouldn't recommend Linux. You'll quickly see a lot of responses that aren't just memes.
