If someone gets into your PC, you have much bigger problems than them reading the system logs.
That's not too surprising considering it has an LiFePO4 battery. 500 cycles is nothing for those.

You can do almost anything with a website that you could do with an app. The only reason they are pushing the apps so hard is because they can collect a lot more data than a website can.
It would have been nice if they came up with something shorter like .lan.
This is why you don't buy any hardware that requires "the cloud" to function with no option to self host. At least they are giving refunds this time, but that's usually not the case.

A 1 foot tall stack holds 1,647,360 bits of data if all 80 columns are used. If only 72 columns are used for data then it's 1,482,624 bits of data and the remaining columns can be used to number each card so they can be put back in order after the stack is dropped.
Touch screens should not be used for any controls needed to operate a car. You can't use them without taking your eyes off the road.
Why the hell does a vending machine need a facial recognition camera to "activate the purchasing interface"?
There should just be a set of buttons to select what you want and a window so you can see what items are available.
If the content is not stored locally and DRM free, then you don't own it. Don't pay for content that you can't own. 🏴☠️

Don't rely on the VPN kill switch for torrenting. It's not fast enough to prevent your IP from leaking if the VPN disconnects. The torrent client needs to be bound to the VPN interface. Transmission doesn't have an option to do that, so you would have to run it in a container instead.
