I miss the bottom toolbar they've been testing out for a while a few months ago, with the navigation and New tab buttons always in the view.

Yup, landed yesterday. So you'll see it in beta on September 15th.

You need to update but this is what they are before the update OP is showing.

It's because you're on the old menu, look at mine before fix. It's at bottom but back, forward, ... are on top and it's not convenient. Really happy they fixed it!
