Can we do it with creative cloud? will that reset the app?

Hi Id opens normally and gives me an "unlicensed" prompt, however when i patch it, it crashes instantly, for a moment showing an "indesign can not be closed, because at least one process is running in the background" error. WinTrust and the Regedit entry have seemingly no influence on this, and neither does reinstalling.

Is this a known issue? Tysm!

I recently updated Photoshop (Beta) to version 27.2 and after patching it with GenP 3.7.1, Photoshop Beta suddenly closes right after opening, UI shows but it suddenly closes. I have searched in this forum and admin suggested to update GPU drivers, which I did (latest studio nvidia driver) and I also tried disabling cpu integrated graphics but no difference. I also tried uninstalling creative cloud and all adobe apps, redownloading and patching cc again, same results.

Strange thing is that when I created a new windows account, the PS UI showed but that is because I noticed that I am not logged in the cc app. After logging in, the same issue of PS closing is there again. I just rolled back to 27.1 at the meantime.

This does not happen to me in version 27.1 and versions before that, they worked perfectly in the same pc. Do we wait for an update for GenP or is there a workaround? I think Adobe might have changed some algorithm in this recent version, I am really not sure.

Did anybody have success opening the latest PS Beta? Thank you

I want to switch from M0nkRus to genp since the m0nk rus ps, ae and prpro I use have detected that i dont have a subscribtion, even tho I have an firewall exception enbaled for each. Do I have to uninstall all programs? Will I loose my projects and can I just update genp over m0nkrus?

i used binary genp to donwload cc and install ps ae an it works but when i tried to install premiere pro i cannot find CC so i repaired it it reinstalled i was in free trial then i repatched all the files then i opened CC then i updated ps and animator bc it showed need to update and also downloaded premiere pro with them on the same time.

clicked search on genp while CC is closed patched it again but when i open premiere pro it will only stay for 2-5 seconds it only shows the files edit on above then just black screen below then it will shut off also restarted my pc same issue happened

what might be the cause for this? i don’t really wanna uninstall and install everything again since i just got them am i not allowed to install new apps? just what i installed before patching with genp or i there something im doing wrong because i also included CC to patch with the apps?

I successfully placed GenP in the C drive. However, this is my host update log.

ADVANCED METHOD (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

I have a question. I'm using the ADVANCED METHOD method to automatically update the hosts file.

I see it updates the hosts file every three hours to check for errors and omissions.

However, I'm wondering if checking every three hours might negatively impact my computer's performance?

Could I change the update time to once a day at 12 PM?

The CC app has been saying there's an update even when there isn't and the app is fully up-to-date. It's been happening alot the past month, even after I just completed a full clean only 2 weeks ago. Aside from that, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple times and repairing the app, but it eventually comes back again. I always make sure to patch with the latest GenP (now 3.7.1) after "updating" CC, but the log says it's already been patched.

The Troubleshoot Section doesn't mention anything about this issue. But that sounds to me like it's not actually updating CC affer all. Is this a bug with the CC app?

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with Lightroom (CC). It won't let me upload any photo locally, nor any preset. I recently migrated to a newer PC and had to reinstall it + patch it (newest GenP version) but it's not working no matter what I try.

I have downloaded Lighroom Classic and I have no issues of that kind on it, so I was wondering if I missed any extra steps for Lighroom CC, ir if anyone else was having the same issue as I do.

A couple of things that I missed mentioning - I have fixed the hosts file using the advanced scheduler method, so the hosts file and that Procedure is completely fixed. I check with the website(https://a.dove.isdumb.one/list.txt) sometimes and compare the hosts file, and confirm that the hosts file is regularly updated with no issues. And I tried unpacking the premiere pro, WITH the modified config, but I received the UPX error 2. Here’s the log, so you have a better look. First we tried to unpack with the modified config. According to you it’s already unpacked. And then we patched just premiere pro, which it mostly says is already patched. But, we still getting that 'Non-AGS related ‘Please read and accept Adobe General Terms of Use’ Pop-up, despite all this. I have reviewed the guide properly, thoroughly, manually and even using Google NotebookLM. But, no luck for this pop-up error

Anyone know why they stopped announcing or making posts announcing GenP releases? Used to on the old subeddit. There are changelogs on https://gen.paramore.su/#changelog, but it currently says v3.7.1 is "More betterer!", that's it. Love the humour, GenP mods, but I'd also like to know what's updated/changed since last time too lol 😆
