I just saw that! At the time I was making my comment I thought, “or they add federal charges,” but I didn’t think it was going to happen. Shows how useless it is to outlaw the death penalty on the state level when the federal government can selectively apply the death penalty in state level cases.
Death penalty is aways available for those who attack capital in a capitalist state. Laws are just words when they are against true power
