Getting pretty tired of all of these AI tools…

Issue is reading device, not ebooks. I recommend pocketbook as better alternative to kindle.

Hello!

Are there more sites like https://foundation.mozilla.org/en/privacynotincluded/articles/ that would do privacy focused reviews? Maybe there are some more crowd based?

Thanks!

We heard this one too many times. This now became “I believe it once I see it” thing.

How does this number compare to other popular attractions? For me it's hard to comprehend this number

Pirated game must be launched to verify that it actually works and this remove 90% of mental burden that makes so many games in Steam library to rot

Not expected C# to be this high. Also did not expected F# be so far away from C#.

I hope it's only me, but site design is horrific...

Where or what apps are you using to listen podcasts and still protect your privacy?

[-] Charliebeans@slrpnk.net 11 points 1 year ago

It does not. It can only block domains. Youtube ads use same domain as actual videos.

Seems like it's controlled test in different countries and segments. I (Europe) get this popup in Firefox, I also use pi-hole DNS and ublock origin.

I'm not cynical, overall I think everything will be fine and will continue advocate for privacy. But all the effort towards privacy seems like kind of Sisyphus myth. I don't really gain anything by being privacy conscious, I just regain part of what people used to have before internet. Best case scenario is that I don't exist in eyes of big corps. This just adds to today's complexity which requires constant effort, just so that things wouldn't be taken from me.

It's pretty crazy how it spiked on 2020, rich really were not risking getting sick...
