Is it copyright infringement if he uses a picture of himself (generated by AI and uses his likeness without permission) without permission?
AI output can't be copyrighted. And copyright has long had a fair use exception for criticism and news reporting which would apply.
Can anyone seem to locate the video of this so we can see it? Can’t locate it anywhere
