Conflicted on the lot splitting. It was cool that 4 unattached houses could fit into the footprint of one victorian, but... Nobody has a yard.

Whatever, it's needed.

What's the point of having your house be unattached if you're not going to have a green space? Even a shared one.

I wouldn't say that those bills are anti-car, or anti- at all, since they authorize and promote new things instead of banning anything. I'd say that they're "pro-people".
