Might be a little out of control...

I love FTL.

Also your chats 😂.

Literally the only time you need to take your hands off...

Can easily be a flight sim setup.

Currently just one 27" 1440p 180Hz IPS, eventually I hope to add an OLED as my primary display and put the current one off to the side in portrait

Two LG DualUps. That's 5120 x 2880 of Sway tiled functionality. My concern was finding big enough wallpapers; ended up writing a script that upscales and splits any image to fill them.

Most unique one I've seen so far.

Single 27" 180hz mini-led which will eventually get swapped for an OLED (waiting until I have more space so I can go back to a single 42" 16:9) Also a 14" secondary display that gets moved between my desk and bedside Pi for Kodi. Everything is offset due to a wall next to my chair, I can't sit any farther to the right lol.

Gotta have that third monitor to see your desktop background at all times. ✨👌

I'm just kidding

[-] Drbreen@sh.itjust.works 2 points 2 weeks ago

Haha! I don't always have the 3rd going for personal use. But I do use the 3rd on the right and centre monitors for work. And while I'm working I have the left monitor on for PC because I'll have MY PC on for youtube and playing music and shit.

Do you stand up for the second one? Or maybe you have an extendable neck?

Do you wish your setup was different? Because this seems like an ergonomic nightmare to me.

[-] NorthWestWind@lemmy.world 1 points 2 weeks ago

Yes but unfortunately I live in Hong Kong and horizontal floor space is too precious

[-] victorz@lemmy.world 0 points 2 weeks ago

Ah I see. Would you mind sharing how many m² your floor plan is? I'm just curious.

[-] NorthWestWind@lemmy.world 1 points 2 weeks ago

I just measured my room. About 2.88 x 1.95 = 5.616m^2^

[-] victorz@lemmy.world 1 points 2 weeks ago

It's... It's one room? You live in a place with one room of 5–6 m²?

[-] NorthWestWind@lemmy.world 2 points 2 weeks ago

No, but I do limit my things to 1 room because I have other family members.

[-] victorz@lemmy.world 1 points 2 weeks ago

Oh okay! 😅 Because I heard of these coffin apartments, like in Tokyo or something, so I thought maybe you had a similar situation. Good, good!

[-] NorthWestWind@lemmy.world 2 points 2 weeks ago

Those do exist in Hong Kong as well. They are called subdivided apartments, and the apartment size is about the size of my room so you are not wrong to assume that.

[-] victorz@lemmy.world 1 points 2 weeks ago

Definitely unsuitable for a family 😅
