Came with an L bracket I was using to put planters on a fence.
Stared at the threads a little too long before I noticed the issue.
I didn't see it until I tried to put the bit in and it wouldn't go.
For those who don’t see it, the screw head on the left is almost completely filled in

I’ve had the same problem with a few Kreg pocket screws. Which is annoying because they aren’t exactly cheap.
