Reducing women to nothing more than incubators...
It's like a poorly written distopian scifi novel... but it's real.
Turns out that America is the origin of Dune’s Tleilaxu and their Axlotl Tanks.
There’s an absolute PILE of horrifying and simultaneously fascinating medical ethics in play here. I wonder how hard they’re going to lean into “shareholder value” as the North Star here.
There’s nothing ethical about forcing her to carry a very likely non-viable fetus to term. They just began the second trimester and doctors say there is fluid on the fetus’s brain. The family has no say in the outcome.
and they have to pay for life support and hospital care 😔
And then the baby doesn't have a mother for its entire life if it lives.
Newkirk told WXIA that doctors told the family that the fetus has fluid on the brain and that they’re concerned about his health. “She’s pregnant with my grandson. But he may be blind, may not be able to walk, may not survive once he’s born,” Newkirk said. She has not said whether the family wants Smith removed from life support.
They do? Even though the state is forcing it?
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/family-forced-keep-brain-dead-pregnant-woman-alive-rcna207002 at the end of this NBC article it states the family is responsible for life support even though they have no say in the matter. It's practically lose-lose for them
What happens if they just... don't pay?
The state is paying the hospital bill, right?
And college too, no doubt?
Isn't this how Death Stranding started?
actually a bunch of movies and shows, cylon(reimanged) had these things called a farm where they hook up women to a machine to make to constantly try to give birth to hybrid cylon/humans(they are more or less dead without the machine sustaining them, i forgot there was a movie that was keeping woman alive, but braindead and pregnant in a Facility.
They might've actually surpassed the other Georgia in shittiness.

Other Georgia has abortion rights so less shitty
Georgia the country isn't so bad. And I'll ask you to mind your Ps and Qs.
Don't mind the downvotes, you're streets ahead.
Can't we just make her the new health minister instead?
