Basically the title. I've been following this sub for quite a long time and I've always seen a lot of people saying that Doflamingo wasn't even on Yonkou Commander level. And tbh, after watching Dressrossa and seeing him outpower and outmaneuver Law with Gamma Knife and a Gear 4 Luffy. I don't really see him being that weak compared to Yonkou Commanders. That's it. Just posting this because I want to know your opinion on this.
