I noticed somebody was carrying this printed sheet of paper in their pocket recently.

Long shot, but just wondering if anyone has seen it before? It kind of looks like an instruction manual? Or some kind of printed flyer.

Those look like the kind of bone a cartoon dog would he chewing on. Something might be written on each of them?

Which country were you in when you saw it? That might help narrow down the language at least (I mean, there's a good chance it's English, but it might not be).
