It depends on how far north you are and whether you believe central Jersey exists.

The lower left map was clearly drawn by someone who thinks they're New York, for example. It's understandable that they don't want Toms River, so they pawn it off as south Jersey. But actual south Jersey doesn't want it either. Toms River basically proves that central Jersey exists.
