I learned that the grabbers don't grab the ground but still work, and you don't have to worry about springs.
Very nice, and definitely worth using grip pads on the next version
That grabber thing was one of my great disappointments. I want to be able to secure things (especially on low-G planets/moons), but the ground docking couple is a really small target (especially on high G planets/moons).
