Do we know if the upcoming artifact sets are good for her? Or should I just try to get a 4set of that sumeru EM boost artifsct set

I think it's good. It should be good because the new units are hydro and electro (lunar charged). You can use leftovers like 2 ATK% + 2 EM while waiting. That's what I'm doing in preparation for Stygian Onslaught.
