Griffin’s comments walk back legal concerns he previously expressed about the whites-only settlement. Earlier this month, Griffin told TMZ that Return to the Land — a community where prospective residents must verify their “ancestral heritage” in a written application and interview — raises “all sorts of legal issues, including constitutional concerns.”

The Forward reported in June about Return to the Land’s hopes of replicating its whites-only settlements across the country, with the stated aim of “trying to put land back under the control of Europeans.” Eric Orwoll and Peter Csere lead the group, which Morgan Moon of the Anti-Defamation League described as one of the most established white supremacist residential communities in the United States today.

In a June 30 email obtained by the Forward through a public records request, Gary McGee, an investigator with the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission wrote that “as of today, AFHC has not discovered any actual property owned by this organization or its founder, nor any advertisements for housing.”

Records show that a limited liability company in both Csere and Orwoll’s name, “Wisdom Woods LLC,” owns adjacent parcels of land totaling 157 acres near the town of Ravenden, where Sky News reporter Tom Cheshire visited the group and spoke with residents of the whites-only community in July.

Griffin did not respond to the Forward’s request for clarification about why the office believed Return to the Land had not broken any laws and whether it had considered the property owned by Wisdom Woods LLC.

McGee’s email appears to echo arguments made by Return to the Land about the legality of the arrangement.

“There is no actual change of real estate title occurring, nor are they renting the land,” Csere wrote in a message to the Forward, differentiating between directly owning land versus purchasing membership units of the LLC that owns the land. “The land stays under the ownership of the business entity that they are becoming a part-owner of.”

Since the Forward’s article was published in June, Return to the Land updated their website with a “legal disclaimer,” writing that “RTTL does not engage in the sale or rental of real estate,” and earlier this week they posted similar information on Substack in response to, “Is RTTL legal?” RTTL says it’s exempt from the Civil Rights Act because it’s a private club, and housing is not the group’s primary purpose.

Arkansas’ attorney general has not contacted Return to the Land, Csere wrote in a message to the Forward, adding that the group continues “to work with legal professionals to explore all facets of our organization, to ensure that we are operating in a lawful manner.”

So what your saying is that Native Americans could use the same legal loophole to start reclaiming certain areas FROM europeans?

Nah, this only works because the courts are full of fascists. It has nothing to do with legal or moral principles, because they have none. They simply use the law to grant their fascist policies legitimacy.

In practice, the European immigrants can steal any benefits from the Indigenous treaties and reparation of death camps in Indian Residential fake schools when one of their distant ancestor adopted a member of a Native American tribe even when they themselves lack any ancestry to the adopted Native American. This also allows the perpetrators of the death camps in the Indian Residential fake School System to gain free stuff that were meant as reparation for the death camp survivors from the logic that the slave drivers, rapists, and murderers "adopted" the Indigenous children that they enslaved, tortured, and murdered.

The government of the European immigrants and the Catholic churches also dictated what the murdered children and affected families want in their sabotage of the reparation and reconciliation. For example, a follower of the anti-Christ called Stephen Harpers publicly announced that his confession to the cultural genocide allows him to hide the more severe crimes in the fake schools. Stephen Harpers also boosted that the savage indoctrination in the fake schools are so intense that some survivors cannot live in the civilized life of their parents and are demanding the return to the life of violence, rape, savagery, and cannibalism in the fake schools. After the war criminals sabotaged the reparation, they will bride the media oligarchy to frame the Indigenous chiefs for the thief of the reparation and sent their bots to enforce the scapegoating and slanderous hate crimes.

The lazy alcoholic drop outs among the European immigrants often projected their self-infliected failure on the Indigenous people and jealously assassinated any Indigenous women who oppose the savage indoctrination and rapist practices from the fake schools. They projected their dependency on government welfare, their violent demand for free stuff, and their blind loyalty to traitorous white immigrant elites on First Nation people. They are unwilling to free themselves from the white elites who give them free stolen stuff from First Nation people even when their elites are abandoning their fellow European immigrants into poverty in favor of immigrants of Non-European ancestry who can survive without free riding on First Nation people of North America.

I agree with the core of what you're saying here but you shouldn't confuse the terms "immigrant" with "settler"; they are distinct concepts - one being a traveler who permanently relocates to another place and the other being an invader who attacks another people, destroy them, and steals their land & resources for themselves. Using them interchangeably just ends up rebranding Right-wing anti-immigrant rhetoric with a Left-wing veneer.

The USA was founded by settlers, for the benefit of settlers, serving the interests of settlers, and is maintained today by a settler culture and settler institutions which are maintained to this very day by the settler ruling class. We are not a "nation of immigrants" as liberals are so fond of saying; immigrants have continuously been an underclass to exploit, not a ruling class that exploits.
