TBF when apple tried to solve this by limiting the amount you can charge everyone threw a hissy fit so I guess we got what we asked for🤷♂️
I still get a little miffed seeing 80% when I limit it myself! Report 100 instead and I doubt I'd even notice.

I remember back before it largely worked like that, incredibly frustrating when you've already waited 5 hours for a 100 megabyte file to be halfway finished downloading but then someone used the phone (or just a random arbitrary disconnect) so now you have to start over.
