Can we undo extinction? A growing effort to restore lost sharks

There are enough animals dying slow extinctions right now (us included) without us adding even more.
I'm fully supportive of de-extinction as a concept, but not in our current world.
Get the Tasmanian tiger back to work eating kangaroos!
And if we can, can we please un-extinct something more tasty than sharks?
