For the past few weeks I've been building my own Fork of Firefox with Fediverse integration. After sharing my build on Lemmy several people asked if it were possible to just have the Lemmy Discussion extension as a stand alone, so here it is: https://codeberg.org/rozodru/LemmyBridge

Note: this is unverified, it's been submitted for verification with Mozilla.

What this extension does is if you're on a news site, blog, video, whatever and it detects that said site has been posted on Lemmy it will find the various discussions and link you directly to them. You can add whatever instances you like.

It's still early development but works well. This is a hobby project of mine so I'll work on it whenever I have the time to do so, Just wanted to share.
