Anyone covering this up could be guilty of conspiring against the United States. As the data was alleged to be for some 300,000,000. Pretty sure "We the people" means that.
Would at minimum fall under Conspiracy to Defraud.. which would be up to $250,000 a person and 5 years prison.
Trump would pardon them, but that's another example of how we know the rule of law is gone.
