Limit on DM's/posts/comments per second?

Howdy, just getting spammed by a this guy again:

It doesn't really bother me because thankfully the mark all as read button but seems odd that there's no limits on DM's per second or minute allowing him to spam quite heavily
Do you know if Lemmy has any restrictions that can be applied, like 1 DM per minute ?
