I published a short sci-fi novel, but I can't have a discussion about its contents anywhere on the web because I get immediately hit with an RKV or a photoid for self promotion. What should I do? They don't even accept free copies of the Novel. Even if don't even mention the platforms in which it is on sale.

Either find a writing community that offers a feedback channel (probably on a Discord server these days, and you will likely be required to offer feedback on others’ work first as a show of good faith), or pay for a professional reading/feedback service.

Ultimately, writers need to accept that no one owes them feedback on their work, and there are literally thousands of other writers out there all trying to get feedback at the same time as you.
