Signal presumably depends on Amazon Web Services which have had a major outage. The risks of the Internet being concentrated in the hands of a few tech companies.
I thoght they were all about being independent and such, but I havent looked into it for a while.
The issue isnt limited to signal, a whole swath of things are down at the moment.
A place to discuss anything related to Android or Android adjacent.
