On Thursday night, hospital staff could not promptly transfer Somkhuan, 69, who was in critical condition after an acute myocardial infarction, or heart attack, and respiratory failure, to Krabi Hospital in Muang district.

They could not manoeuvre her in through the rear door of the ambulance because the man's pickup truck was parked so closely behind it outside the hospital entrance. The man was at first reluctant to move his vehicle, causing even greater delay.

Wtf ?
